Well, I thought long and hard about what I should write about this time and I have two things to speak on.
First, I just submitted my last English II paper. *Cue applause* Still waiting in the final grade, but I am sure that I will get an A. It's been a rough semester but I will finish strong. Also, I registered for fall classes at the local community college on Monday. Lastly, I found that I got a 31 on the ACT. *jumps up and down*
Second, I thought it would be good to advertise what blogs I follow.

Pan's Pipe and other assorted items...
Well, I changed the layout of the blog. I tried to make it easier to use and read, please let me know what you think of the new layout. Also, I have a new story idea that I wanted to share with you all.
As the last notes played on the panpipes, The Boy awoke. The other boys looked at The Boy, as The Piper stood from his stool. The Boy looked around the slow cart he was on and at the dirty boys that sat around. One boy caught his eye, a boy with a small tinkling box.
The Lost Boys were not always lost, and Peter wasn't always Pan. The Boys find themselves press-ganged by a ruthless god, under the supervision of a wretched fairy. But Peter knows Him, The Boy, the only one with god's ear. So when they escape, they look to Peter to get them away from their slave driver. But will this lead them into another gang of bloodthirsty pirates? Or must they find a new home?
"Neverland, aye I've heard of it. But Peter, I reckon it's a good long ways from 'ere, ain't it?"

Take 2
Hello again everybody, I wanted to share a recently written scene from my planned novel The Sound of a Falling Angel.
My hand dropped, signaling for another volley of arrows to be launched into the remaining hellhounds. As the last of them were slain, Michael looked at me with his sightless eyes.
“It’s not over,” he said with a shiver, “I can feel it in my bones.”
I glanced at my brother, motioning for him to come over. The legion of archers lined the ramparts. Aron waded through them, his bone bow grasped in his strong hands. He wiped a mixture of sweat and blood from his brow as he joined me and Michael.
“What’s up Angel?” He asked, his baby blue eyes searching the battleground.
“There’s more,” I whispered, trying not to alert the exhausted soldiers. A scream pierced the air, as time seemed to slow down. The entire fabric of reality rippled over the battlefield; striking fear into the hearts of the archers. Everything darkened and grew cold, as the rippling grew more frequent.
“Ready yourselves!” I yelled. The archers drew their bows as far back as they could. Michael gripped his staff, and I drew my sword. Black lightning shot from the ripples, killing over half of our soldiers. Reality ripped, as a cloaked figure dropped to the ground.
“Fire!” Aron yelled, as he let off an arrow. The soldiers all fired their arrows, turning the figure into a pincushion. The figure stood and raised his hand in the air and clenched his fist. As the rampart crumbled around me, I grabbed Michael trying to save him partly. After we hit the ground and I got my bearings, I stood up to check the damages. I saw Aron dusting himself off, and I looked at the cloaked figure once again. The man pulled back his hood, revealing his yellow eyes.
So there it is. Have fun and keep reading, because I am just getting started.

I have returned!
How now, Brown Cow?
I have returned to my blog, finally. My life is back on track a bit. Getting ready for my graduation and 30 Hour Famine at the end of the month. I actually just got back from a trip to Emmaus Bible College last weekend. Had a blast. Saw JJ Heller, made some new friends, hung out with old ones, and was led on then shot down. Bogus. But enough about that. This blog is about y'all. How do I make a blog about you if you don't speak to me, you say? Well, you need to tell me what you want me to talk about! comments or email even.
